Value: Charity brings a wealth of knowledge to the client executive role by way of her prior relationship management background.  She is well versed in ancillary benefits including but not limited to Life, Disability, Dental, Vision, Statutory Disability, and Leave Management. 

Origin Story: Charity has a diverse background having worked as a manager in the home improvement industry for 12+ years before jumping over to group benefits.  She joined Nelligan after spending 11 years at Lincoln Financial Group.  Her prior roles with Lincoln included International Relationship Manager, Mid-Market Account Manager, RFP Team Lead, and various support and service roles.  She was recognized with the spotlight award for Lincoln in 2018 for her many contributions to support the success of the sales team.

Charity earned her BSBA degree in Finance and MIS from Creighton University and her MS in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution also from Creighton.  She currently resides in Omaha, NE with her 2 boys.  In her down time, she supports a few local organizations including baking cakes, takes in live music, and races BMX.
