Value: Debbie is the service leader of our new markets. She works closely with Nelligan Market Directors on RFP and implementation. In addition to her day to day duties, Debbie plays a key role in training and process improvement. She brings a positive attitude everyday and is one the most organized and thorough people you will meet!

Origin Story: Debbie joined the team in 2019 after several years on the broker side as a benefits marketer. She has worked with various group sizes/multiple offices and is certified as a Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS).

She lives in Buffalo, NY with her husband, daughter, son and dog – Go Bills!
