Value: Eric partners with brokers and their agencies to provide employers an industry leading insurance solution for life, disability, dental, vision, and supplemental health benefits.

Origin Story: He started his career with a series 7 as Financial Consultant, four years with Merrill Lynch and 3 years at PaineWebber/UBS.  In 2000, he entered the group ancillary market with The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America consulting all sized employers from the Cleveland Regional Group Office.  In the first decade of his ancillary career he sold over 1000 policies and won the Central Division Dental Premium Award until 2012 when he became Sales Manager for Lincoln Financial Group in Northern Ohio.  After two years at Lincoln he rejoined Guardian as Core Market Sales Consultant in the Columbus Regional Group Office.  His extensive industry knowledge includes partnerships with multiple benefit administrative system providers, enrollment firms, executive plan designs, retirement solutions and college tuition benefits.

Eric earned his Economics degree from Baldwin Wallace University where he played football for the Yellow Jackets and was an officer for Alpha Tau Omega.

He currently lives in Galena, OH with his wife Jenn and three children.
