Value: Jess is responsible for all day to day operations including RFP management, implementation, renewals and client relations. In addition to her day to day duties, she plays an active role developing our service team. She has an extensive background in account management, sales and implementation.

Origin Story: Jess joined the team after several years at Unum as a top performer on the service side, supporting several sales offices for all size segments including large case Voluntary Benefits. 

She lives in Waterboro, Maine with her two beautiful daughters and a crazy cat!
